  1. How do I file a claim?
How do I file a claim?
If you experience a loss, you can always call your Agent.  However, if you are a GuideOne customer, you can also start the claim process by calling GuideOne's 24-hour Claims Reporting Service toll free at 1-(888)-748-4326. 

Philadelphia customers can call 1-800-765-9749, Monday-Friday 8:30am-8:00pm EST.  Customer's reporting catastrophic losses will be automatically routed to the Call Center 24/7 by pressing '3'.

Please have your policy number ready, as well as the date, location, cause and description of the loss.  You will also want to provide information about any steps you have taken to mitigate the damage.
